INFORMATIVE NOTE REGARDING PRIVACY

The transactions are covered in the legal sense by article 13 of the
D.Lgs n°196/03 (code regarding the material of the protection of personal data), we state the following indications concerning the treatment we intend to effect.

Mode of treatment
The treatment will be effected by collecting, elaborating and comparing the data by electronic and telephonic means in which valid measures of security have been implemented to guarantee the security of the data while denying access to the data to third parties or unauthorized persons. These activities will be conducted though automated computer procedures using exclusively our data management system or the system of other agents with whom we have a contractual relationship.
The titular figure for all concerned treatment of personal data is Hotel Mistral S.a.s..

Communication of data
Regarding the data thusly treated, it may be used solely for the purpose of administering and managing the services rendered.

Rights of the interested party
Concerning the previously described treatment, it is possible to exercise the rights detailed in article 7 of D.Lgs n°196/03, which among other things, allows the erasure, transformation into an anonymous form, blocking, addition, correction or integration of the data by writing to:
